Not long ago, in our adventures in the Middle East we found it interesting to crumble a gastronomy that has generated so many influences in the world and we did it through your mezzes or entrees, their main dishes, their desserts and their drinks.

Now, taking advantage of our trip to Peru 2010, we are going to do the same with one of the most diverse gastronomies in the world and which, according to several experts, reaches a level equivalent to that of French, Chinese or Hindu food. Its virtue, have kitchens and flavors from four continents in a single country.
